The attendance bonus is a fixed amount added to the salary for a month with perfect attendance: no absence, no half day, no late minutes and no missing card punch. New stores start at ৳500, and you can change it in Salary rules.
Where to find it
- The amount: Admin › ERP › HR Department › Payroll, button Salary rules, field Attendance bonus (100%) ৳.
- On the salary: the slip line Attendance bonus (100% on time).
Only the store owner (Super Admin) can change it (Staff & salary (owner)).
How it works
The panel looks at the person's attendance for the whole month when it works out the slip. The bonus is added only when all of these are true:
- the month has attendance days in the panel, and no work day is still without attendance;
- no day is absent;
- no half day (a day with only one card punch is a half day too);
- no day is late after the grace minutes;
- no day has a missing punch (no in or no out).
Who can get it depends on the pay rule on the staff profile:

Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion", a sewing worker came every day of October, was never later than the grace and punched in and out every day. Her slip gets Attendance bonus (100% on time) ৳500. One late minute after the grace on any day, and the bonus is gone for the month.
Good to know
- Late within the grace is not late. The grace is 0 minutes to start; set it in Salary rules, or a person's own grace on their profile.
- A forgiven day counts as clean. When a fine waiver request is approved, that day's late and missing punch no longer count, and the slip is worked out again. A one-punch half day stays half, so it still stops the bonus. An approved Card not punched request makes it a full day, and then it no longer does.
- To stop the bonus, set the amount to 0 in Salary rules. A ৳0 line is not shown.
- New amounts apply to slips not checked yet, when they are worked out again (on the 1st, or when you press Work out again).
- A person without a card-machine ID has no attendance days from the machine, so they do not get the bonus unless their attendance is entered another way.
Common problems
- The bonus is missing. Open the slip and look at The month's attendance card: any Absent, Half days, Late minutes or Missing punch above 0 stops it. A "Needs you" note about days with no attendance stops it too.
- The bonus is still there after a late day came in from the machine. The slip was worked out before those punches arrived. Press Work out again (open it again first if it is checked).
