Any courier without a live connection here can still be tracked. On Couriers & keys, use the + Add a courier card: type its name, pick a colour and press Add courier. It gets its own tab on Courier & parcels; its parcels come in by file and you set their status by hand.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, then Couriers & keys. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. Its tick, ERP settings (owner), opens for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for staff.
Step by step
- Open Couriers & keys and scroll to + Add a courier.
- Type the courier's Name, for example "eCourier".
- Pick a Colour for its tab.
- Press Add courier. A message confirms it was added.
- Download the parcel list from that courier's own panel.
- On Courier & parcels, open the courier's tab and press Import (courier name) parcels to upload the file.
- When a parcel is delivered or returned, open it and use Set status.
Good to know
- CarryBee is already in your list from the start, as a by-file courier. You do not need to add it.
- Each added courier has its own live-update link. Open its tab: the card Live updates from (courier) shows a Callback URL, an Auth token (Bearer), and a Link with the token inside for panels that take only a link. If the courier's panel has a webhook setting, paste it there once and statuses arrive by themselves. If not, keep using Import.
- New token on that card makes a fresh link; the old one stops working at once.
- On a by-file courier's card you can rename it, change its colour, or switch it off with Use (courier name).
- Removing: the bin button shows only while the courier has no parcels. A courier with parcels can only be switched off, so its history stays. Steadfast, Pathao and RedX can be switched off, not removed.
Common problems
- "That courier is already in the list." A courier with the same name is there. Switch it on instead.
- The import says it cannot find the columns. The file needs at least a "Consignment ID" column, and "Invoice" or "Phone".
