What do the website order statuses mean?

Every order from your website has one status that shows where it is: Pending when it arrives, Processing once you confirm it, Ready to Delivery when it is packed, On Courier when the courier has it, and Complete when it is delivered. On Hold, Cancelled, Return, Incomplete and Fake cover everything else.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Website orders. The group has one link per status: All orders, Pending, Processing, Ready to Delivery, On Courier, Complete, Incomplete orders, On Hold, Cancelled and Return. Fake orders are under Admin › Administration › Security › Fake orders. You need the Website orders feature.

How it works

Status What it means What the panel does
Pending A new order, not checked yet New shop orders arrive here. Printing several orders stops if one of them is still Pending.
Processing Confirmed with the customer, being prepared Saving a Pending order with a Courier chosen on its edit page moves it here.
Ready to Delivery Packed, waiting for pickup Set by hand.
On Courier With the courier Booking it with Steadfast, Pathao or RedX from the panel moves it here. Opening a Processing order's invoice to print does too.
Complete Delivered to the customer Counts as delivered on the customer's CRM profile and adds to money spent.
Incomplete The shopper typed their phone at checkout but did not finish Has its own screen, Incomplete orders, to call them.
On Hold Paused, for example waiting for an advance or an answer Stock stays held.
Cancelled The customer or you cancelled it Stock goes back.
Return The parcel came back Stock goes back.
Fake A prank or fraud order Stock goes back. Listed under Security.

Example: a customer of "Rangdhanu Fashion" orders a saree. It arrives as Pending. Staff call 01XXXXXXXXX, confirm the address, and set Processing. The parcel is packed (Ready to Delivery), booked with the courier (On Courier), and marked Complete when delivered.

Good to know

  • In the list, the status shows its short system word: courier means On Courier, cancell means Cancelled, ready_to_delivery means Ready to Delivery.
  • Change one order's status by clicking its status in the list. This also moves stock back or out for Cancelled, Return and Fake.
  • Status Change for many ticked orders changes only the status, not the stock.
  • Cancelled, Return and Fake orders count as cancelled on the customer's CRM profile.

Common problems

  • An order jumped to On Courier by itself. It was Processing and someone opened its invoice to print, or booked it with a courier.
  • Printing several orders says "Pending Order Found". One of the ticked orders is still Pending. Confirm it first, or untick it.
