Under each WhatsApp number in Inbox settings you see a line from Meta: Daily limit (how many new customers the number may message first in 24 hours), Quality (High, Medium or Low) and the number's Name. Replies to customers who wrote to you are not limited.
Where to find it
Admin › CRM › Inbox › Inbox settings (সিআরএম › ইনবক্স), box 3. Connected pages, under each WhatsApp number.
Everyone who can open Inbox settings sees it: the store owner (Super Admin) and the Admin, who gets the Inbox settings tick with the role.
How it works
The panel asks Meta about the number with the token you connected it with. A line looks like this:
Daily limit: 1,000 customers · Quality: High · Name: Rangdhanu Fashion
- Daily limit is the number of different customers you may start a chat with in 24 hours, for example with a campaign or a template. Meta's steps are 50, 250, 1,000, 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 or unlimited.
- Quality is Meta's rating of how customers react to your messages: High (green), Medium or Low (red).
- Name is the display name Meta shows customers. If Meta has not approved it yet, its state is shown in brackets, for example "(pending review)".
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion has a 250 limit. A WhatsApp campaign to 600 customers in one day can start only 250 new chats. Customers who message the shop first can always be answered.
Good to know
- Read once an hour. The panel asks Meta at most once an hour, so a change at Meta can take up to an hour to show.
- Nothing shows? The line needs a working token. If Meta cannot be asked, the last answer stays, or the line is left out.
- "WhatsApp calls open at 2,000." appears under numbers with a limit below 2,000.
- Keep quality up. Send campaigns only to customers who want them. Customers who send STOP are skipped by campaigns.
- The limit and rating are Meta's. eCommerce Autopilot shows them but cannot change them.
Common problems
- The limit is too low for a big campaign. Send to fewer customers a day, or split a campaign over several days.
- Quality is Low. Look at what you sent lately, and send fewer messages that customers did not ask for.
