Once on, notifications appear on top of your phone like WhatsApp, even when the browser or admin page is closed. Turn them on once on each phone and computer.
What you get notified about
- New messages in chats you have (customer name and text; 📷 for a photo, 🎤 for a voice message).
- A chat given to you — moved from another seller or handed over by the office.
- WhatsApp calls and missed calls.
Tapping a notification opens that chat. Only the seller who has the chat is notified.
Android phone (Chrome)
- Sign in on the phone's Chrome and open Admin › CRM › Inbox.
- A dark box at the bottom says 🔔 Get new messages and calls on this device. Press Turn on.
- When the browser asks, press Allow.
- Press Send a test. If "✅ Notifications are on" arrives within a few seconds, all is set.
iPhone (iOS 16.4 or newer)
Safari does not show notifications from an ordinary tab, so first add the panel to the Home Screen like an app.
- Sign in to the admin panel in Safari.
- Tap Share (⬆), then Add to Home Screen › Add.
- Open the panel from the new Home Screen icon and sign in again.
- Press Turn on › Allow, then Send a test.
Computer (Chrome / Edge)
Open the panel, press Turn on at the bottom left, then Allow. Notifications arrive while the browser is running, even with the admin tab closed.
Common problems
- I don't see the box. After pressing Later it stays away for 3 days. To turn on now, add
?push=1to the address, e.g./admin/crm/inbox?push=1. The box does not show over an open chat — look on the inbox list. - "Notifications are blocked for this site". Block was pressed before. Click the lock (🔒) next to the address › Notifications › Allow, then reload. On Android: Chrome › ⋮ › Settings › Site settings › Notifications.
- The test arrives but message notifications don't. You are notified only about your own chats. To get new chats you must be Available — see How does a seller go Available to get new chats?
- Notifications are late or missing. Battery or data saver can hold Chrome back. Set Settings › Apps › Chrome › Battery to Unrestricted and keep Chrome's notifications on.
- Working on a new phone. Each phone / browser needs turning on once.
- The inbox is part of the Premium package, so notifications are too.
