Click a supplier's name in Suppliers & bills. Their page is the statement: every bill and payment in date order, what was bought and what arrived, for the dates you choose. It opens on Lifetime, so nothing is cut off.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Production Department › Suppliers & bills › click the supplier.
What you see depends on your access. The owner (Super Admin) sees everything, including what is owed. An Admin with Supplier bills & payments sees bills and payments, but not what is owed. Everyone else, a Manager too, sees only the goods that came in.
How it works
At the top, press the date button and pick Today, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, Lifetime or Custom dates. The whole page follows that choice.
The first card sums up the chosen dates:
- Bills – the total of the bills dated in those days.
- Paid – what you paid (money the supplier gave back is taken off).
- Times goods came – how many deliveries were noted.
- Due now – what you owe today (owner only).
Below it, Bought (from bills) lists each item with its quantity and amount, and Goods that came in lists each item with its quantity and how many times it arrived.
Bills and payments shows each line with the date, what it was, the bill amount or payment, and Due after – the running balance after that line. The bottom line on Lifetime is Due when you started, the opening due you entered when adding the supplier.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion opens "Shapla Packaging" on Last month. It shows two bills of ৳8,000 and ৳4,500, one payment of ৳10,000, and Due now ৳14,500 because ৳12,000 was already owed before.
Good to know
- Goods still to come appears when a bill had more than has arrived so far, with a bar for each.
- Slip of these dates makes a statement slip for the chosen dates that you can download as a picture or print for the supplier. It is for people who may see dues.
- The small picture icon on a bill or payment line makes a slip for that one line.
- Previous due on the slip and the page. For chosen dates the page and the slip start from the due before them: Previous due + Bills − Paid = Total due at the end of those dates (and, if later entries exist, the due today). A bill slip shows the due before that bill, the bill, and the Total due after this bill.
- A paper clip opens the bill photo or payment receipt; "checked" under a date means the owner has checked that line.
- A line marked waiting has a change waiting for the owner's approval.
- The Goods received list on the right shows the latest 100 deliveries on Lifetime; pick dates to see older ones.
Common problems
- I see goods but no bills or amounts. Bills and payments are for the owner and an Admin with Supplier bills & payments.
- The Due after column and Due now are missing. What is owed stays with the store owner (Supplier dues (owner)), even for an Admin.
