Press Suggest in the SEO section of a product or category, or on a row of the SEO bulk editor. Your shop's own AI account writes an SEO title, meta description, focus keyword and photo alt text from the item's real details and fills the boxes. Nothing is saved until you check it and press save.
Where to find it
- The AI account: Admin › Online store › Marketing & SEO › SEO settings, card AI assistant (AI সহকারী). Only the store's Super Admin can add or change the key.
- The Suggest buttons: the product form's SEO (Google) section, the category form, and each row of the SEO bulk editor. Products need the right to edit products; categories, the right to edit categories.
Step by step
- As the Super Admin, open SEO settings and find AI assistant.
- Pick the AI service: Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI).
- Paste your API key. Model is optional; leave it empty to use the default shown.
- Press Save.
- Open a product, go to SEO (Google) and press Suggest. The boxes fill in and turn green.
- Want a better product text? Press Suggest a better text, read it and press Use this as Product Body.
- Check every box, change what you like, and save the product.
How it works
The assistant gets only the item's real details: name, category, brand, price, sizes, colours, stock and its current text. It is told never to invent prices, offers, delivery times or specifications. If a suggestion still names a price that is not the product's real price, that box is dropped. It writes in the language of the product's name and text, English or Bangla.
If no key is saved in SEO settings, the assistant uses your shop's own Live chat AI account, and the card says "Now using the Live chat AI account." It never uses a key from another store or a shared platform key.
Good to know
- Your key stays secret. It is kept encrypted and shown masked, with only the last 4 characters. Tick Remove the saved key and press Save to delete it.
- Limits. 10 suggestions a minute per person and 200 an hour per store.
- Usage. The card shows how many times it was used this month. The AI company bills your own account.
- History. Saves made with a suggestion are marked AI in the SEO history.
Common problems
- "Add an AI key in SEO settings". No AI account is set. Ask the Super Admin to add one, or set up the Live chat AI.
- "Too many suggestions. Wait a minute and try again." You hit the limit; wait a minute.
- "The AI did not answer. Try again in a minute." Check the key and the balance in your AI account, then try again.
