Your package and your usage are on one page: Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing. It shows which package you are on, until when, and how much of each limit you have used.

Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্রশাসন › সেটিং › প্যাকেজ ও বিল). Only the store owner sees this link in the sidebar.
How it works
The Now box at the top tells you where your store stands. It shows one of these:
- A paid package, for example "Standard — paid until 15 Dec 2026", with the days left.
- Free trial, with the date and time it ends and the days left. During the trial every feature is open.
- The free package (Start Free), after the trial or after a paid package has ended.
Under it are four boxes, each with used / limit:

| Products | Your products, combo offers included. Sample products from a store theme and deleted products do not count. |
| Landing pages | All your landing pages, of both kinds. |
| Orders | Orders this month (from the 1st), or all orders ever if your package counts orders in total. The box title tells you which. Unfinished checkouts and deleted orders do not count; orders on the ERP's sales pages do. |
| Staff logins | Logins in your store. You, the owner, are not counted. |
When a limit does not apply, the box says unlimited. During the free trial every box says unlimited. A bar shows how full each limit is and turns red when it is full.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" is on a package with 200 products. The Products box shows 180 / 200, so 20 more can be added.
Further down, Payments lists your last 20 payments to eCommerce Autopilot with the date, package, months, amount, method and status (Paid, Checking or Failed).
Good to know
- Compare packages ↗ at the top opens the pricing page in a new tab.
- The limits come from your package. The packages and their numbers are set by eCommerce Autopilot and can change, so this page is the place to check your own numbers.
- The owner also sees a coloured bar at the top of the admin panel: days left in the trial, a renewal reminder near the end date, or the free package's limits.
- Some stores are set up by the eCommerce Autopilot team with a special arrangement. Their page says no limits apply.
Common problems
- You cannot find Package & billing. You are signed in with a staff login. Sign in as the store owner.
- A box is full and you cannot add more. Choose a bigger package on the same page.
