How do I print invoices, one or many?

For one order, click the printer icon next to it. For many, tick the orders and press Print. The invoices open in a new tab and the print box opens by itself.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Website orders, any status list. The printer icon is in the Action column, and the Print button is in the row of buttons above the list. The store owner can always print. Staff need the Website orders tick in Users & logins.

Step by step

One invoice

1. Go to Admin › Online store › Website orders › Processing (or any list).
2. Click the printer icon in the order's Action column.
3. The invoice opens in a new tab with the print box. Choose your printer and paper, then print. You can also press Print Invoice on the page.

Many invoices

1. Open the list, for example Processing.
2. Tick the orders you want to print, or tick the header box for the whole page.
3. Press Print.
4. A new tab opens with all the invoices, one after another. Print them.

What is on the invoice

Your shop logo, the customer's name, address and phone, the invoice number and order date, each product with its colour, size, price, quantity and total, then the subtotal, discount, delivery charge and total, the order note, a space for "Authorised Sign", and your shop's phone number.

Good to know

• Confirm first. A Pending order cannot be printed. Its printer icon does nothing, and if any ticked order is pending, Print stops with "Pending Order Found !!".
• Printing moves Processing to On Courier. When you print a Processing order, its status changes to On Courier by itself. Orders in other statuses keep theirs.
• You can print again any time. Reprinting does not change anything else.

Common problems

• Nothing opens when I press Print. Your browser blocked the new tab. Allow pop-ups for your store's address and press Print again.
• "Please Select Atleast One Order!" No order was ticked. Tick at least one.
• "Pending Order Found !!" One of the ticked orders is still Pending. Confirm it or untick it.
