How do I ask for a custom package?

A custom package is asked for on the pricing page. Open ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing, press Talk to us on the Custom card, fill in the form and press Send. The eCommerce Autopilot team gets your request and contacts you.

Where to find it

ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing › Custom › Talk to us. You can also open ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing#custom to go straight to the form. Inside your panel, Compare packages ↗ on Package & billing opens the same pricing page.

Anyone can send the form. You do not need to be signed in.

Step by step

  1. Open ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing.
  2. Find the Custom card. Instead of a price it says Let's talk.
  3. Press Talk to us. A form called Tell us what you need opens.
  4. Fill in Your name, Business name, Mobile number and Email. These are needed.
  5. Add your Address if you like.
  6. In What do you need?, write what you want, for example "3 shops under one login and special reports".
  7. In Why a custom package?, you may write what the other packages do not give you.
  8. Press Send. The page says the team will call you soon.
  9. If a Chat on WhatsApp button shows, you can press it to message the team now. It opens WhatsApp with a short note about your request already written.

Good to know

  • A custom package is agreed with the team. It is not paid from Package & billing, and it does not appear in the list of packages there.
  • Before you ask, compare the other packages on the same page. A bigger ready-made package may already cover what you need.
  • Write a mobile number the team can reach, in the form 01XXXXXXXXX.
  • How a custom package is priced and set up is agreed with the team. Nothing is fixed until they confirm it with you.

Common problems

  • "Please write a correct mobile number." Use only digits, with or without +88 at the start.
  • The form does not send. Check that every box marked with * is filled in, and that the email is written correctly.
