How do I make two-step sign-in a must for my office?

The store owner can make two-step sign-in a must for every Super Admin, Admin and Manager of the store (Production Manager and Marketing Manager count as managers here too). Turn it on for yourself first, then tick Make it a must for Super Admin, Admin and Manager under For the office and press Save.

Where to find it

Admin › Administration › Security › Two-step sign-in (প্রশাসন › নিরাপত্তা › দুই-ধাপের লগইন), box For the office (অফিসের জন্য). Only the Super Admin sees this box.

Step by step

Turn on two-step sign-in for your own login on the same page, and keep your backup codes safe.
In For the office, tick Make it a must for Super Admin, Admin and Manager.
Press Save. The message says "Two-step sign-in is now a must for Super Admin, Admin and Manager."
Watch the table under it. It lists every Super Admin, Admin, Manager, Production Manager and Marketing Manager of your store, with their job and On or Off.

How it works

Anyone with one of those jobs who has not set it up yet is sent to the Two-step sign-in page the next time they open any admin page, with the message "Two-step sign-in is a must for your job. Set it up to continue." They can do nothing else until they finish.
Once it is a must, those people cannot turn it off for themselves. The Turn off button is gone for them.
Other jobs (for example sellers or factory staff) are not affected. They can still sign in with only their password.
A person's job is the one picked for them in Users & logins.

Good to know

You must be first. If you tick the box before turning it on for yourself, the page says "Turn it on for yourself first, so you are not locked out."
Tell your team before you save. Each person needs a phone with an authenticator app ready.
Lost phone in the team? Use Turn off (lost phone) next to that person in the same table. Because it is a must, they set it up again at once.
To stop it, untick the box and press Save. Everyone who already set it up keeps it until they turn it off themselves.

Common problems

A Manager says the panel keeps sending them to Two-step sign-in. That is the rule working. They scan the QR code, type the code and press Turn on.
Someone is missing from the table. Their job is not Super Admin, Admin, Manager, Production Manager or Marketing Manager. Check it in Users & logins.
