Most errors mean the token is the wrong kind for the box you pasted it in, or it has expired. A User token goes in Connect all my pages at once; a page token goes in Or one page by its token. The table below lists each message and the fix.
Where to find it
Admin › CRM › Inbox › Inbox settings, card 3. Connected pages (সিআরএম › ইনবক্স › ইনবক্স সেটিংস). The messages show at the top of the page or under the box. Only the store owner (Super Admin) connects pages.
What each message means

Good to know
- A failed connect keeps the reason. A page that did not link shows a red line starting "Page subscribe:" under its name until it connects properly.
- Connecting again is safe. The same page is updated, never added twice.
- Too many tries: Connect all pages can be pressed up to 10 times a minute; wait a minute if it stops answering.
- Never share a token in a chat or email; paste it only in Inbox settings, where it is kept encrypted.
