The AI CEO Assistant is the store owner's own AI. It reads your shop's real numbers, writes a short brief for today, and answers your questions about sales, orders, deliveries, money and your team — typed or spoken. It only reads; it never changes anything.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › AI CEO Assistant. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this link and can open the page. Admins, Managers and other staff never see it, even if they have other Autopilot AI parts, because it shows the whole money picture.
How it works
The page has two parts:
- ☀️ Today's brief (left). When you open the page, the AI writes a short brief: how today is going against yesterday, sales and orders, deliveries and returns, money and what is waiting (to send, to approve), who is behind, and the 3 most important things to do today. It is written once a day and kept for the day. Press Refresh to have it written again with the latest numbers. It is written in the panel's language: English panel, English brief; Bangla panel, Bangla brief.
- 💬 Ask your business (right). Type a question and press Ask (or Enter), tap one of the quick questions under the chat, or press 🎤, speak, and press it again — your words are written down and asked like a typed question.
What it reads: the same numbers as your CEO dashboard for five periods — today, yesterday, the last 7 days, this month so far and last month — plus the owner's daily report for today and yesterday (orders, parcels waiting to send, deliveries and returns, who is behind target).
What it does not do: it cannot change orders, money or settings. If you ask it to, it tells you where in the admin panel you can do it yourself. If a number is not in its data, it says so instead of guessing.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion's owner opens the page at 11 am. The brief says website orders are behind yesterday's pace, 14 parcels are still waiting to be sent, and two entries are waiting for approval — and suggests sending the parcels before the courier pickup.
Good to know
- No key needed. It runs on Autopilot AI. If the owner added the store's own AI key under Advanced in the Live chat settings, that key is used instead (and we do not bill it).
- Cost: every brief and every answer is counted as AI CEO Assistant & reports in Autopilot AI › AI Usage & bills. A brief that is already written for today costs nothing to open again — only Refresh writes a new one.
- Your chat is kept on the page (the last 30 messages show). Clear chat removes it.
- A question can be up to 2,000 characters; a voice recording up to 10 MB.
- If Autopilot AI is switched off, paused for an unpaid bill or not set up, the page says so at the top and the buttons are disabled.
Common problems
- "The AI did not answer. Try again in a minute." Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, see Autopilot AI is not working.
- The link is missing from the menu. You are not signed in as the store owner. Only the Super Admin sees it.
- "This browser cannot record voice." Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox and allow the microphone.
