That is on purpose. The AI CEO Assistant only answers from the numbers it is given, and it is told never to guess. When a question needs a number outside that data, it says so plainly.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › AI CEO Assistant (store owner only).
How it works
For every question the AI reads:
- The CEO dashboard numbers for today, yesterday, the last 7 days, this month so far and last month.
- The owner's daily report for today and yesterday (orders, parcels waiting to send, deliveries and returns, who is behind target).
A number that is not listed in a dashboard block counts as 0 (for example, no returns today). Anything that is not on the dashboard at all — the profit of one product, a single customer's address, a date range like "last March" — is not in its data, so it tells you it does not have it.
What to do
- Ask within the five periods. "How many orders this month?" works; "How many orders on 3 March?" does not.
- For other dates, open the CEO dashboard and pick the dates there.
- For one product or one customer, use the reports and lists in the panel (orders, products, CRM › Customers).
- If a number looks different from the dashboard, check that you are comparing the same period, then press Refresh on the brief or ask again — the brief may have been written earlier in the day.
Good to know
- The AI only reads; it cannot fix a number. If a number on the dashboard itself is wrong, the entry behind it (an order, a cashbook entry, a courier parcel) needs correcting.
- Small numbers shown as 0 or missing usually mean nothing happened yet in that period.
