How do I see one account's statement?

04 Nov 2026 3 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

Open Accounts and click the account's name (or the statement icon at the end of its row). The statement lists every money in, money out and transfer for that account, oldest first, with the balance after each line.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Accounts Department › Accounts › click an account.

You can also open it by clicking an account on the Finance overview. The store owner (Super Admin) sees every account's statement.

Step by step

  1. Go to Accounts.
  2. Click the account's name, for example "Shop cash".
  3. The page opens on This month. Use the date choice to pick another period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7, 14, 28 or 30 days, This week, Last week, Last month, Lifetime or Custom.
  4. Read the table from top to bottom:
    • Balance at the start: the money in the account when the period began.
    • One line per entry, with In, Out and the Balance after it.
    • Balance at the end: the money left at the end of the period.
  5. Click receipt under a line to see the bill or photo kept with it.

How it works

The balance starts from the account's opening balance. Every money in adds to it, every money out takes away from it, and a transfer moves money from one account to another.

Example: "Shop cash" opened with ৳5,000. On 3 November ৳2,000 came in from a customer, and on 4 November ৳1,500 was paid for packaging. The statement shows ৳7,000 after the first line and ৳5,500 after the second.

A move shows as "Money moved to …" on the account the money left, and "Money moved from …" on the account it went into.

Some lines show but do not change the balance: their In and Out stay empty.

  • A hand-over not confirmed yet carries a badge "waiting for … to confirm". A refused one says "refused", with the reason.
  • A line dated before the account's opening date (its As of date) stays as history. The opening balance already stands for it.

A payout from Steadfast placed in the cashbook by itself carries a Steadfast payout badge.

Good to know

  • The top line shows the balance now, whatever dates you pick.
  • Money in, Money out and Money transfer buttons at the top add an entry straight to this account. They show only for active accounts and for people who can enter money.
  • Hidden accounts still open, so old history is never lost.
  • For a spreadsheet, press Export CSV on the statement. It downloads this account's entries for the dates you picked.
  • A balance below zero shows in red. It usually means an entry went to the wrong account or the opening balance is missing.

Common problems

  • "No entries in these dates." Pick a longer period, such as Last month or Lifetime.
  • The statement and the bank do not match. Look for a missing entry or a transfer that went to the wrong account, then fix it in the Cashbook.
