The store owner controls Autopilot AI and its bill. The Admin does the daily AI work: teaching it and setting how it answers. Other staff use only the parts their login allows.
Where to find it
The AI screens are in Admin › Autopilot AI. What each person sees there depends on their login, set in Administration › Users & access › Users & logins.
Who can use it

Good to know
- Money stays with the owner. Only the owner sees the AI cost and the bill, and only the owner can switch the AI off.
- Teaching changes what customers hear. Give Teach the AI (Autopilot AI) only to people you trust to answer customers for the shop.
- Everything the AI is taught is shared by the whole store: the website chat, the inbox and the test chat use the same knowledge.
