Before customers meet your AI, try it yourself. On the Try as a customer tab, write as a customer would. The AI answers exactly as it would on your website chat and in your inbox, but nothing is sent to anyone.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › Teach your AI, tab Try as a customer (কাস্টমার সেজে দেখুন). Anyone who can open Teach your AI can use it.
Step by step
- Open Teach your AI and press the Try as a customer tab.
- Write a question the way your customers write, for example "sofa cover er dam koto?"
- Press Send and read the answer.
- Ask a follow-up, like a real customer would. The AI remembers the conversation.
- If an answer is wrong or missing, go back to the Teach tab and teach the right answer, then try again.
- Press Start a new chat to begin a fresh test.
How it works
- The AI uses the same knowledge as for real customers: what you taught it, your phone numbers and delivery charges, and your latest 80 products.
- When it would pass the chat to your team (an order already placed, a complaint, a question it is not sure about), the test shows Here the AI would hand the chat to a person.
- A test chat is not saved as a customer chat and is not sent to anyone.
Good to know
- Try the ten questions your customers ask most. Fix each wrong answer with one ready answer.
- Try in Bangla, English and Banglish; customers use all three.
- Test answers use the AI, so they count under "Teaching the AI" in AI Usage & bills.
