It depends on your package. During your free trial there is no limit. After that, your package's staff login limit applies. Your own owner login is never counted. You can see the limit and how many you have used in Package & billing.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্যাকেজ ও বিল). The Staff logins box shows used / limit, for example "2 / 3", or "unlimited". Only the store owner sees this link.
You add logins in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins (ইউজার ও অ্যাক্সেস) with Add user.
How it works
The current default limits are below. eCommerce Autopilot sets them and can change them, so Package & billing and the pricing page always show the numbers that apply to you.

When you reach the limit, pressing Add user to save a new person is refused with a message like "Your Basic package allows 3 staff logins. Choose a bigger package to add more."
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" is on Basic. The owner has added a Moderator, a Store Manager and a Courier Manager. That is 3 of 3, so a fourth person can be added only after removing someone or moving to a bigger package.
Good to know
- People you already have keep working. The limit only stops new logins. If your package changes to a smaller one, nobody is signed out.
- Blocking does not free a place. A blocked login still counts. To free a place, remove the person from the staff with the bin button on Users & logins.
- After a paid package ends, it keeps working for 3 more days. Then the free package's limits apply.
- Editing is never blocked. You can always change a person's role, ticks or password.
- Stores set up by eCommerce Autopilot by hand may have a special arrangement with no limits. Package & billing says so if that is your case.
Common problems
- "Your … package allows N staff logins." Remove someone who no longer works with you, or choose a bigger package in Package & billing.
- Package & billing is not in my sidebar. You are signed in as staff. Only the store owner sees it.
