A Marketing Manager (a sales manager) runs the online store and the sales team: seller orders, the sales team and its pages, the inbox and customers, website orders, products and stock, offers, everything in Store design, and courier parcels of the last 3 months. They do not run the factory and never see your money.
Where to find it
Give the role in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins (ইউজার ও লগইন). Open the person (or press Add user), pick Marketing Manager and press Save. The ticks the role needs are set by themselves.
They work in Admin › ERP › Sales Department, Admin › CRM and Admin › Online store, and start on their own dashboard after signing in.

Good to know
- Can be given: Delete & restore orders, Daily work report, Live chat settings and Block IPs & phone numbers.
- Courier counts, not money. On the Courier page they see parcels and counts for this month and the two before (3 months). The taka totals, Steadfast balance and charges stay with the owner.
- Not the main Manager. The Manager role does the day-to-day work of both sides, including the factory's goods received and attendance. Pick Marketing Manager for someone who only runs selling.
Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the marketing manager moves waiting chats to free sellers, checks which page sold most this week, adds a new Eid offer and sends the day's seller orders to the courier.
Common problems
- They cannot open Inbox settings. That is a separate tick, Inbox settings. Keys and tokens stay with the owner either way.
- They cannot see last year's parcels. Their courier history is 3 months (this month counts as the first). Ask the owner to look it up.
