Every tick box whose name ends in (owner) is the owner's part of the panel: the dashboards, your money, salaries, settings and keys. They open for the store's Super Admin only. Even if you tick one for a staff member, it stays closed for them.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins (ইউজার ও অ্যাক্সেস). Open a person with Edit / password, or press Add user, and pick a role. Next to each tick box, the form shows what fits that role. The owner's boxes show Owner only — keep for Super Admin.

No role ticks these by itself, not even Admin. If you tick one for someone, the line turns orange as a warning, and the tick still opens nothing for them.
Example: the owner of "Rangdhanu Fashion" makes her sister an Admin. The sister runs orders, products, the inbox, the store design and supplier bills, but does not see the shop's profit, what suppliers are owed or anyone's salary.
Good to know
- The store owner always sees everything. You never need to tick these for yourself.
- The Admin does the rest of the daily work: inbox settings, store design, delivery charges, supplier bills and payments, and adding staff without their pay.
- Business history is shown to the owner (Super Admin) only. No tick box opens it for staff.
- Staff who manage users cannot pass these on. Nobody but a Super Admin can give a feature they do not have themselves.
- Making someone Super Admin gives them everything, including all of these. Do this only for a partner.
Common problems
- A staff member can see profit. Check in Users & logins that they are not a Super Admin.
- An orange line on the form. A box was ticked that is not usual for that role. Untick it to keep the form tidy.
