What can a Moderator do?

A Moderator looks after your orders and customers. The role starts with website orders, customers, CRM, product reviews and the sales team's pages. You can add more, such as the inbox, offers, website content or products, when that person does that work too.

Where to find it

Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins (ইউজার ও অ্যাক্সেস). Press Add user, or Edit / password next to a person, and pick Moderator under Role. Only the store owner, or someone given the Users & access tick, can do this.

Good to know

• New website orders are shared out. Each new order from your website is given at random to an active Moderator or Store Manager. If you have neither, the order is given to nobody, and everyone with Website orders still sees it.
• A Moderator sees all website orders, not only the ones given to them.
• No deleting orders unless you also tick Delete & restore orders.
• The sales team's pages are part of ERP. After your free trial they open only if your package includes the sales team.
• Moderator is where a new user starts. When you press Add user, the form has Moderator picked. Choose another role if the person does a different job.

Common problems

• A Moderator cannot open a page. The page needs a feature that is not ticked. Edit the person and tick it, then press Save.
• A Moderator sees "is in the … package". Your package does not include that part. The owner can upgrade in Package & billing.
