What can a Manager do?

04 Nov 2026 2 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

A Manager runs the day-to-day work: website orders, products, customers and chats, the sales team, courier, goods received, their own cash wallet and attendance. They do not see the dashboards, profit, salaries, money totals or what suppliers are owed.

Where to find it

Give the role in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Open the person (or press Add user), pick Manager and press Save. The ticks the role needs are set by themselves.

Who can use it

Task Manager
Order and product reports (they start on My dashboard) Yes
Website orders: see, create, edit, status, courier, print Yes
Products, stock, reviews, offers, website pages and content Yes
CRM customers, notes and tasks, every inbox chat Yes
Sales team (every page), seller orders, Send orders to the courier Yes
Courier parcels, last 6 months (no ৳ totals), and outside booking Yes
Goods received Yes
Enter supplier bills and payments No (Super Admin and Admin)
My cashbook: spend and note money from accounts given to them Yes
Attendance: mark late, absent and closed days Yes
Change overtime, forgive leave, mark present by hand No (Super Admin and Admin)
Approve or reject an advance request sent to them (and change the amount) Yes
Grant a leave No — only the Super Admin; they can Forward it
Delete orders, blocking IPs and numbers, live chat Only if ticked
Dashboards, profit, salaries, money overview, supplier dues, courier payouts, ERP settings, keys No (owner)

Good to know

  • Can be given: delete and restore orders, old purchases, blocking IPs and numbers, Every order: see and print, daily work report, live chat, live chat settings and YouTube comments.
  • Own cash wallet shows only the accounts you give them, in My cashbook. They do not see other accounts or balances.
  • Money entries wait for you. A Manager's new cashbook entry counts only after you approve it in Need approval. A change or delete of an entry waits there too.
  • Owner-only ticks stay closed. Ticks marked (owner), such as Dashboards (owner) or Supplier dues (owner), open for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for a Manager.
  • Attendance without pay. The Manager marks days but never sees anyone's salary.

Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the manager notes the fabric that arrived, pays the courier boy from her wallet and marks who came late. The owner approves her cashbook entries in Need approval that evening.

Common problems

  • The Manager cannot change overtime. Only the Super Admin or an Admin can.
  • The Manager cannot see what a supplier is owed, or enter bills and payments. Supplier dues stay with the Super Admin; bills and payments are for the Super Admin and the Admin. The Manager notes goods received.
