Go to Admin › Administration › Settings › SMS, tick Send SMS, choose your company in SMS company, fill in the keys it gave you, and press Save. When the status at the top says SMS is on, your shop can send SMS.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › SMS (প্রশাসন › সেটিং). The page opens with the heading "SMS Settings".
Only the store owner (and anyone the owner made Super Admin) sees this link. Other staff cannot open it.
Step by step
- Open an account with an SMS company and buy some SMS balance. Ask them for your API details and a sender ID.
- Open SMS in the sidebar.
- Tick Send SMS.
- Choose your company in SMS company. Only that company's boxes appear.
- Fill in the boxes:

- Press Save.
- Check the status at the top: SMS is on means you are ready. Then send yourself a test SMS from the box on the right.
Good to know
- Your own account, your own balance. Your shop only sends through the account you save here. It never uses another store's or the platform's SMS account.
- Keys stay secret. Passwords, API keys, tokens and the web address are kept encrypted and are never shown again. The box shows "saved — leave empty to keep it"; leave it empty unless you are changing the key.
- Nothing is sent until it is on and complete. If you tick Send SMS but leave a box empty, you will see "Saved, but SMS stays off until every field of the chosen provider is filled in."
- To stop all SMS, untick Send SMS and press Save.
- Phone numbers are fixed for you. A number typed as 01XXXXXXXXX (even in Bangla digits) is turned into 8801XXXXXXXXX before sending.
- One account, several messages. This account sends the order message, the "parcel sent to courier" SMS and the reminder to shoppers who left the checkout.
- Marketing SMS is separate. The SMS marketing page under Marketing channels keeps its own keys.
- "Other (web address)" works with any company that sends an SMS when a web address is opened, for example
https://api.example.com/send?key=XXX&to={number}&text={message}.
Common problems
- The status stays "SMS is off". Send SMS is not ticked, no company is chosen, or a box is empty. Fill everything and press Save again.
- I do not see SMS in the sidebar. You are signed in as staff. Only the owner can open it.
- SMS is on but nothing arrives. Send a test SMS and read the company's answer. Then check your balance and sender ID with the SMS company.
