Go to Admin › CRM › Customers › Customers and press Export CSV. You get a file with every customer in the list you are looking at: name, mobile, orders, money spent, groups and tags.
Where to find it
Admin › CRM › Customers › Customers › Export CSV (সিআরএম › কাস্টমার)
It needs CRM — see customers. Admin, Manager, Supervisor, Store Manager and Moderator get it with their role, and a Seller can be given it. The store owner always has it.
Step by step
- Go to Admin › CRM › Customers › Customers.
- To export only some customers, narrow the list first: pick a group (for example VIP), a tag, a staff member, or type a search, then press Filter.
- Press Export CSV.
- The file
customers-<today's date>.csvdownloads. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Good to know
- What is in the file: Name, Mobile, Email, District, Orders, Delivered, Cancelled/Returned, Total spent, Last order, Segment and Tags.
- It follows your filters. The file holds exactly the customers the list shows with those filters, in the same order, on all pages (not only the first 30).
- Bangla names open correctly in Excel. The file is saved so Excel shows Bangla text properly.
- Segment lists the customer's groups, such as VIP or Inactive. Tags are the ones your team gave.
- One row per mobile number. The CRM keeps one customer for each mobile number, however it was typed in the orders.
- Only your store's customers are in the file.
The other list: website accounts. People who signed up on your shop are also listed at /admin/customers (the Customer List). Its Export button downloads customer_list.xlsx with name, username, email and phone. That button also needs Payments & profit (owner), so it is meant for the owner.
Common problems
- The file has fewer customers than you expected. A group, filter or search was still on. Press Clear next to Filter and export again.
- Some customers have no name. The name is filled from their orders. If an order had no name, add it on the customer's profile.
- Customer List Export says "You do not have access to: Payments & profit (owner)". Use Export CSV in the CRM instead, or ask the owner.
