After signing in, a customer lands on their account page at yourshop.com/dashboard. It shows their orders in your shop, newest first, each with a plain status, the items and the total. There are counters, their details and a Shop again button.
Where to find it
On your shop, not in the admin panel: yourshop.com/dashboard, after the customer signs in. Your own team never sees it; signed-in staff are sent to the admin panel.
How it works
At the top: "Hello, name", "Customer since month year" and Shop again. Below it the tabs My orders, Profile & password, Wishlist, Shop and Sign out.
Three counters: Orders (all), In progress and Delivered.
My orders: 10 orders a page. Each card shows the order number, date, the first item (with "+ 2 more" when there are more), the total and View order. The status is written for customers:

Which orders are listed
- Orders placed while signed in to this account.
- Orders placed without signing in with the same mobile number, after the account was made.
- Once the customer verifies the phone with an SMS code, also the guest orders with that number from before the account.
- Only your store's orders. The same account on another shop shows only that shop's orders.
- Unfinished checkouts are never shown.
Example: Nadia ordered twice from Rangdhanu Fashion as a guest, then made an account. Her page shows new orders at once. After she verifies her phone, the two old orders appear too.
Good to know
- The verify card. Until the phone is verified, the page shows "Verify your phone to see all your past orders" with Send code. It shows only when your shop can send SMS.
- No orders yet? The page says "No orders yet" with Start shopping.
Common problems
- A customer cannot see an old order. It was placed as a guest before the account. Ask them to verify their phone, or to use the order tracking page.
- The verify card does not appear. Your SMS account is not set up, or the account has no Bangladeshi mobile number.
