Each domain order shows a status. Waiting for payment means you have not paid yet. Payment being checked means you paid by send money and the platform is checking it. Online payments (bKash, SSLCommerz, aamarPay) buy the domain at once.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › নিজের ডোমেইন). Your orders are under Your domain orders in the Buy a domain box. Press Pay or Details to open one. Store owner (Super Admin) only.
How it works
| Status | What it means | What to do |

| Waiting for payment | Nothing paid, nothing bought. | Press Pay, or Cancel this order. |
| Paying | You went to the payment page. | Finish the payment there, or pay again. |
| Payment being checked | Send money sent; the platform checks it. | Wait. The page says it is usually within a few hours. |
| Paid — buying the domain | Payment confirmed. | Nothing; it finishes by itself. |
| Paid — not bought yet | Paid, but buying hit a problem. | Nothing; the team finishes it for you. |
| Moving here (5–7 days) | A transfer is on its way. | Approve any email from your old domain company. |
| Payment refused | The payment could not be confirmed. | Check it and pay again, or message us. |
| Done — on your store | The domain is on your store. | https is ready within a few minutes to a few hours. |
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion paid by bKash Send Money and typed the TrxID. The order showed Payment being checked. Once the platform approved it, the domain was bought and the order became Done — on your store.
Good to know
- No domain is bought before your payment is confirmed.
- You can cancel an order only while it is Waiting for payment or Payment refused.
- Your store keeps working on its free address the whole time.
Common problems
- "The payment was not completed. You can try again." The online payment was cancelled or failed. The order is back to Waiting for payment; press Pay now again.
- "This Transaction ID was already sent." That TrxID was used before. Check the payment message and type the right one.
- "… is not free." when you press Pay. Someone bought the domain first. Cancel the order and buy another name.
- Still checking after a long time. Message the eCommerce Autopilot team with your domain and TrxID.
