Go to Admin › Online store › Products › All products and press Add Product. Fill in the product name, category, main photo and sell price, choose whether it is a single or variable product, and press Save. The other boxes are optional.

The store owner always sees it. A staff member needs the Products & stock feature, which the Admin and Manager jobs have by default; a Moderator can be given it in Users & logins.
Add your categories first (Products › Categories), because every product needs one.
Step by step
- Type the Product Name. Your product's link is made from it.
- Optional: a Product Sku (your own code), Product Fabrics (the material or kind, from Products › Fabrics) and a Brand (from Products › Brands; leave No brand if none).
- Choose the Product Image, the main photo (800×800 recommended). It is required and must be JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF.
- Optional: add more photos in Gallery Images and a YouTube code in Video Embedded Code.
- Pick the Product Category, then a Sub Category if it has one.
- Type the Sell Price.
- For a discount, set Is Discount to Yes, choose a Discount Type (Fixed or Percentage) and type the Discount Amount. After Discount fills itself when you leave the box.
- Choose the Product Type: Single (one price) or Variable (sizes and colours with their own price).
- Set Manage Stock to Yes to type a Stock Quantity, User Can Upload Order Image to Yes if the customer should add a photo at checkout, and Is Free Shipping to Yes if delivery is free for it.
- Tick any labels that fit: Featured, Flash Sale, Today's Deal, Hot Deal, Special Offer, Best Selling.
- Write the Short Description, the Product Body (shown in the Description tab) and How To Order (its own tab on the product page).
- Add Product Tags, and open SEO (Google) if you want your own Google title, description or page address.
- Press Save. You go back to All products; click the product's name there to open its page on your shop.
Good to know
- Required boxes: Product Name, Product Image, Product Category and Sell Price.
- Product Type cannot be changed later. The edit page keeps the type you chose. To switch, add the product again with the other type.
- New tags: type a tag and press Enter to create it. Tags use small letters, numbers, dashes and spaces, up to 20 per product.
- Photos: the main, gallery and variation photos must be JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF. Other files are refused with "must be a photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF)."
- Package limit: after the free trial, each product counts against your package's product limit. Theme sample products do not count.
Common problems
- "Your … package allows N products. Choose a bigger package to add more." You have reached the limit. Delete products you no longer sell, or choose a bigger package in Settings › Package & billing.
- Add Product is missing. Your login does not include Products & stock. Ask the owner to add it.
