How do I edit the footer?

Go to Admin › Online store › Store design › Footer. Fill in the boxes and tick the categories, pages and tags you want in the footer, then press Update at the bottom. The footer shows at the bottom of every shop page.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store design › Footer (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন). The store owner always sees it. A staff member needs the Website design tick in Users & logins (the Admin role has it).

Step by step

Footer Section 1 – Company Details: a few lines about your shop. It shows under your logo, up to about 270 characters (around 7 lines); a longer text is cut with "…".
Footer Section 2 – Footer Top Category: tick the categories for the Shop column (up to 6 show; with more, the last link is All categories).
Footer Section 3 – Footer Our Policy: tick the pages for the Help column (up to 6 show).
Footer Section 4 – Footer Useful Links: tick the pages for the Information column. Contact us, Track order and, once you have a published blog post, Blog are added by themselves (6 links in all).
Footer Section 5 – Footer Popular Tags: tick the product tags for the small Popular searches row.
Footer Section 6: your Address, Email and Phone Number for the Contact column.
Footer Bottom Section: your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok links, the Copy Right Text (for example "© 2026 Rangdhanu Fashion"), and your App Store and Play Store links.
Press Update.

Good to know

Pages come from Pages & blog › Pages. Make a page there first (for example "Return policy"), then tick it here. You can also tick the footer lists on the page's own form.
Tags come from Products › Tags; categories from Products › Categories.
Empty parts hide themselves. A column with no links, a social icon or app badge without a full link (starting with https://), or an empty contact line does not show.
One short address. A long or multi-line address shows only its first part (a "Factory: …" line gives the factory part), with a Full address link to your contact page.
The year updates itself. The year in your Copy Right Text is replaced with this year. Left empty, the footer shows "©", the year and your shop name.
Also in the footer: a We accept row from your payment settings (cash on delivery, the wallets you switched on, and cards when online card payment is ready), links to your Privacy and Terms pages, the English | Bangla switch, and a small "Managed by eCommerce Autopilot" credit on the copyright line, after a thin divider (on phones it moves to its own line).
On phones the columns fold into rows that open on tap, and a bottom bar shows Home, Categories, Cart, WhatsApp or Call, and Account.
Each tick list shows 50 items at a time; use the page numbers under a list to see more.

Common problems

I unticked every page, but they still show. A list with no ticks is not saved. Open each page in Pages & blog › Pages, untick the footer box there and save.
A page I ticked is missing. Each column shows at most 6 links. Untick the ones you need less.
A social icon is missing. Its link is empty or does not start with https://. Paste the full link and press Update.
The Footer link is missing. Ask the owner to tick Website design for you in Users & logins.
