Your shop always takes cash on delivery. On top of that you can switch on online payments with your own merchant accounts: SSLCommerz, bKash, aamarPay, ShurjoPay, and Send money, where the customer sends bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay and writes the transaction ID.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Online payments. Each method has its own card with a badge: On at checkout, Off, Fill every box (switched on but a box is empty) or Test mode.
This page belongs to the Payments & profit (owner) feature, so in practice only the store owner opens it.

- Your own accounts. Every gateway uses the keys of your own merchant account. The keys are kept encrypted, and secret ones are never shown again after saving.
- Paid only when confirmed. An order is marked paid only after the gateway confirms that the full amount came for that order. The payment is then written on the order once.
- Send money is checked by you. The customer's number and transaction ID are added to the order's note with "(check before sending)". Match it in your bKash or Nagad app before you send the parcel.
- If a gateway page does not open, the order is still saved and the customer is told they can pay on delivery.
Good to know
- Start small if you like. Cash on delivery plus Send money needs no merchant account. Add a gateway later, once its merchant account is ready.
- Test first. bKash, aamarPay and ShurjoPay have a Test mode (sandbox — no real money) switch. Turn it off before real customers pay.
- A gateway stays off until every box is filled, even if Show at checkout is on.
Common problems
- Customers do not see an online option. Open Online payments and check that the card says On at checkout. If it says Fill every box, fill the empty box and press Save.
- A staff member cannot open Online payments. It needs Payments & profit (owner), which opens for the store owner (Super Admin) only, even when ticked.
