Go to Admin › Administration › Settings › Online payments. On the Send money card, write the numbers customers should send money to, switch on Show at checkout and press Save. At checkout the customer sends the total to your number and writes their number and the transaction ID. You check it before sending the parcel.

This page belongs to the feature Payments & profit (owner). The store owner always has it. It is marked "Owner only" on the user form, so keep it for the owner.
Step by step
- Open Online payments and find the Send money card.
- Fill only the numbers you use: bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, Upay number. Write each like 01XXXXXXXXX.
- In Account type (Personal / Agent / Merchant), write the kind of account, for example "Personal". Customers see it next to the numbers.
- Switch on Show at checkout.
- Press Save. The card shows On at checkout.
How it works
At checkout the customer picks Send money (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay). A box opens: "Send the total to one of these numbers", with your numbers. The customer:
- sends the order total (products plus delivery charge) from their wallet app;
- picks the wallet they used;
- writes Your number (the number they sent from);
- writes the Transaction ID from the payment message;
- presses Confirm order.
The order is saved like a cash-on-delivery order. A line is added to the order's note, for example:
"Payment by send money — bKash from 01XXXXXXXXX, TrxID 9AB7CD3EF1, ৳1,320 (check before sending)"
Good to know
- Not marked paid by itself. The shop cannot see your wallet. The order stays cod until you check the money and record it.
- One number is enough. Send money appears at checkout when at least one number is filled in and Show at checkout is on.
- What customers must write: a number like 01XXXXXXXXX and a transaction ID of 6 to 40 letters and numbers. Otherwise they see "Write the number you sent from, like 01XXXXXXXXX." or "Write the transaction ID from the payment message."
- Cash on delivery always stays at checkout too.
Common problems
- "Write the number like 01XXXXXXXXX." when you save. A number has a space, a +88 or a wrong length. Write 11 digits starting with 01.
- Send money is missing at checkout. Check that Show at checkout is on and at least one number is filled in.
