You can connect your store to couriers (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX), payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash, aamarPay, ShurjoPay), SMS, WhatsApp, email, Meta (Messenger, Instagram, Pixel, Ads), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, YouTube), Telegram, a RAMS card machine, an AI service for live chat, and BD Courier. Each one uses your own account and keys.

You see a link only if your job allows it. The store owner sees them all.
How it works
- Your own accounts. You open an account with each company and paste its keys into your panel. Nothing is shared with other stores.
- Couriers. Steadfast, Pathao and RedX have a live connection: book parcels and get status updates from the panel. Any other courier (for example CarryBee) can be added by hand; its parcels come in by file and you set their status yourself.
- Payments. Customers pay at checkout through your own gateway account. "Send money" needs no gateway: the customer sends money to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay number and writes the transaction ID.
- SMS. Built in for mshastra, BulkSMSBD and Green Web, plus any other company that gives a sending web address.
- WhatsApp marketing. WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta). On a Premium or Custom package, campaigns go out from the WhatsApp number connected to the Inbox.
- Email marketing. Brevo, Mailchimp, Gmail / Google Workspace or Amazon SES.
Good to know
- Package. Some connections belong to modules: the Inbox, YouTube comments, Telegram alerts, the AI assistant in live chat, and the WhatsApp and email marketing keys. After the free trial they need a package that includes them.
- Costs are your own. Each company bills you directly (for example per SMS, per WhatsApp template or per AI answer).
- Test buttons. Many screens have a test (send a test SMS, Test connection, Test the connection). Use it after saving.
