Every store on eCommerce Autopilot connects its own courier, payment, SMS, Meta and other accounts. The panel never uses another store's keys or a shared platform account for your shop. That way your customers' money goes to your account, the bills come to you, and nobody else's settings can touch your store.
Where to find it
Each service has its own screen, for example Admin › Administration › Settings › SMS, Admin › Administration › Settings › Online payments or Admin › CRM › Inbox › Inbox settings. The full list is in Which outside services can I connect?.
How it works
- Your account, your keys. You open an account with the company (courier, gateway, SMS company, Meta, Google …), get its keys, and paste them into your panel.
- Kept to your store. Saved keys belong to your store only. Another store on eCommerce Autopilot can never see or use them.
- Locked when saved. Passwords, app secrets and tokens are stored encrypted for SMS, online payments, the Inbox, marketing channels, Telegram, the AI assistant and YouTube, among others.
- Not shown again. After you save a secret, its box stays empty and says saved — leave empty to keep it (or similar). On Marketing channels, only the last four characters are shown, so you can tell which key it is.
- Empty means keep. When you change other fields and save, leave the secret box empty. The saved one stays. Type a new one only when you want to replace it.
For example, Rangdhanu Fashion changes its SMS Sender ID. It types the new Sender ID, leaves the password box empty and presses Save. The old password stays saved.
Good to know
- Payments go straight to you. Online payments use only your own gateway account. If your keys are missing, that payment option stays off at checkout instead of using someone else's.
- The Inbox uses your own Meta app. Messages are accepted only when they are signed with your app's secret.
- Lost a key? You cannot read a saved secret back from the panel. Get it again from the company's own site and paste it in.
- Removing keys. On Marketing channels, each service has a Remove keys button.
- Keep them private. Do not send keys in chat or email. Anyone with your keys can use your account at that company.
Common problems
- I pressed Save and my key "disappeared". It did not. The box is empty on purpose. Look for the word saved next to it or in it.
- A test fails after I changed the key. Copy the key again from the company's site, without spaces at the start or end, and save.
