Only the store owner (Super Admin) connects a page with its access token, changes the Meta app secret, and sets the Conversions API dataset and token. The Admin runs everything else in the inbox settings: shares, rules, categories and tags, and pages on or off. Tokens and secrets are shown masked to everyone.
Where to find it
Admin › CRM › Inbox › Inbox settings (ইনবক্স সেটিংস). The Conversions API is on the Meta events tab at the top of the inbox screens.
On the user form, the owner's part is the tick Inbox keys & tokens (owner). Like every owner feature, it opens for the Super Admin only, even if it is ticked for someone. The rest is the Inbox settings tick, which the Admin role gets by itself.
Who can use it

| Remove a connected page | Yes | No |

| Switch a page On / Off, see if it is working | Yes | Yes |

Good to know
- What the Admin sees instead. Where the owner has a box, the Admin reads "Connecting a page needs its access token — the Super Admin does that." or "Only the Super Admin changes the app secret."
- Masked, never in full. The verify token shows as dots and its last four characters. Only the owner can press Show to copy it into the Meta app.
- Pause rather than remove. A page that already has chats cannot be removed. Switch it Off instead; its new messages are then not taken.
- Each store uses its own keys. Your page tokens and app secret are your store's alone.
Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the owner connects the new Facebook page once with its token. After that the Admin sets the sellers' shares and switches the page off on Eid day.
Common problems
- The Admin cannot find the Connect button. That is by design. The owner signs in and connects the page.
- Meta events say they need a dataset and token. The owner enters them on the Meta events tab; then the Admin can switch it on.
