How do customers leave reviews with photos?

30 Oct 2026 2 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

A customer opens the product on your shop, goes to its Reviews tab, picks 1 to 5 stars, writes a few words and presses Submit Review. They must be signed in. Photo and video reviews are added by you, from the panel.

Where to find it

  • On your shop: every product page has a Reviews tab with the Write a Review form.
  • In your panel: the reviews arrive in Admin › CRM › Customers › Product reviews (সিআরএম › কাস্টমার).

How it works

What the customer does

  1. They open a product on your shop and press the Reviews tab.
  2. Under Write a Review, they tap the stars in Your Rating.
  3. They write their words in Your Review.
  4. They press Submit Review and see "Your review has been saved. Thank you for your review!".

A shopper who is not signed in is taken to the sign-in page when they press Submit Review. They can sign in or make an account, then come back to the product.

What the product page shows

The Customer Reviews part shows the average score out of 5, the number of ratings, a bar for each star level, and the reviews with the customer's name and how long ago they wrote it.

Photos and videos

Customers send stars and text only; the form has no photo upload. To show a happy customer's photo or video (for example a screenshot from your Facebook page), add it yourself:

  1. Go to Admin › CRM › Customers › Product reviews and press Create Review.
  2. Pick the product, the rating, a name and where it came from (Website, Facebook Page, Facebook Group or Google).
  3. Choose Image Review Section with a photo, or Video Review Section with a video link, and press Save.

These show on your shop's Reviews page at /review, in its photo and video sections.

Good to know

  • One review per product per customer. If the same customer sends a second review for the same product, the first one stays.
  • A review needs a star rating and some text, up to 2,000 characters.
  • You can approve, change or delete every review in Product reviews.
  • /customer-review is a different page: a plain text page you write yourself in Pages & blog › Pages › Customer Reviews.
  • Reviews belong to your store only.

Common problems

  • A customer says the button only opens the sign-in page. They are not signed in. Ask them to sign in or make an account first.
  • A customer's second review did not appear. Only their first review of that product is kept.
  • Your /review page shows no customer photos. Add them with Create Review and pick Image Review Section.
