Every shop has a set of ready pages at fixed addresses. Most of them show the text you write in Pages & blog › Pages: press Add New Page, pick the page's name in Page Select, write the text and save.
Where to find it
Write the text in Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Pages (অনলাইন স্টোর › পেজ ও ব্লগ). This needs the Website pages & content tick (Admin and Manager have it). Put the pages in your footer from Store design › Footer.

Good to know
- Contact form: every message is saved in Admin › My workspace › Contact messages, where you answer it and mark it done. It is also emailed to the Admin Email in Administration › Settings › Email (SMTP), or to the owner's email if that is empty. The form needs a name, an 11-digit mobile number and a message, keeps robots out with a hidden box, and takes at most 5 messages a minute from one visitor.
- Terms and conditions: make it as your own page (New page — your own name, for example
Terms and conditions). It opens at/page/terms-and-conditions; tick it for the footer. - FAQ: the
/faqaddress shows fixed sample questions that cannot be changed from the panel. Make your own FAQ page instead (name itFAQ, it opens at/page/faq) and link that one. - An empty ready page opens with no text. Fill a page before you put it in the footer or share its link.
- You can add as many pages of your own as you need, such as a size guide.
Common problems
/about-usdoes not open. The About Us page has not been made yet. Add it in Pages › Add New Page › About Us.- A policy page is blank. Its text is not saved yet. Pick it in Page Select and write it.
- Contact emails do not arrive. The messages are still in Contact messages. For the email, check the Admin Email and the mail settings in Email (SMTP).
