How do I approve or delete product reviews?

Every product review is on one page: Admin › CRM › Customers › Product reviews. Press Approve on a new customer review, the pencil to change a review, or the bin to delete it.

Where to find it

Admin › CRM › Customers › Product reviews (সিআরএম › কাস্টমার). The page is titled Review Manage.

It needs the Reviews tick. Admin, Manager and Moderator get it with their role, and a Store Manager can be given it. The store owner always has it.

Step by step

Approve a customer's review

Go to Admin › CRM › Customers › Product reviews and scroll down to the review list.
New reviews from customers show a green Approve button in Action.
Read the rating and the message, then press Approve. The button goes away.

Delete a review

Find the review in the list.
Press the red bin in Action.
Press Yes, do it!. The review is gone from your shop and from the list.

Change a review

Press the pencil in Action.
Change what you need and press Update. Saving an edit also approves the review.

Add a review yourself

Press Create Review.
Pick the Product, and a Customer or type a Custom Name to show.
Pick the Rating (1–5) and where the review came from in Review From (Website, Facebook Page, Facebook Group or Google).
In Review Show, pick Image Review Section and add an Image (800×800 works well), or Video Review Section and paste a Video Link.
Write the Message and press Save. Reviews you add are approved at once.

Good to know

Columns: Product Name, Customer Name, Custom Name, Rating, Message, Image, Video Link and Review From. The newest reviews come first, 20 a page.
Photos and videos are the ones you add with Create Review. Customers send a star rating and a written review.
Your shop's Reviews page. The form at the top of this screen sets the /review page: its title, picture, the three cards, your total and average reviews on the website, Google, Facebook and YouTube, and the call to action at the bottom. Press Save under that form. The photos and videos you add show on that page.
Each store sees and manages only its own reviews.

Common problems

There is no Product reviews link. The login does not have Reviews. Tick it in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins.
Save at the top says a box is needed. Every box in the Reviews page form must be filled before it saves.
A rude or fake review is on a product. Delete it with the bin.
