Go to Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Pages and press Add New Page. Choose New page — your own name (or one of the ready pages), write the title and the text, tick where the page should show, and press Save.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Pages (অনলাইন স্টোর › পেজ ও ব্লগ). The store owner always sees it. A staff member needs the Website pages & content tick in Users & logins (Admin and Manager have it).
Step by step
- Open Pages & blog › Pages and press Add New Page.
- In Page Select, keep ➕ New page — your own name for a page of your own, such as a size guide. To fill one of the shop's ready pages (About Us, Privacy Policy, Return Policy…), pick it from the list instead.
- For your own page, write the Page name (for the web address) in English, for example
Size Guide. The page will open atyourshop/page/size-guide. - Write the Page Title customers see at the top of the page.
- Write the Page Body. The editor lets you add headings, lists, links and pictures.
- Under Show this page on the website, tick where it should be listed: Footer — "Our Policy" list, Footer — "Useful Links" list, or Menu bar on the home page (after the categories).
- Press Save. The Address column in the list opens the page.
Good to know
- With nothing ticked, the page still opens from its own address; it is just not listed anywhere. Handy for a page you only share in posts or messages.
- If the name is already used by another of your pages, a number is added (for example
/page/size-guide-2). - The address does not change when you edit the page later; the title, text and ticks do.
- Picking a ready page that you already filled replaces its text with the new one.
- The home page menu is shown on computers, after your categories.
Common problems
- "Choose another page name." The name is one of the ready pages (such as About Us) or has no letters the address can use. Pick the ready page from Page Select instead, or write another name in English.
- The address looks odd. A Bangla name is turned into English letters. Write the page name in English; the title and text can stay in Bangla.
- The page is not in the footer. Edit the page and tick a footer list, or tick it in Store design › Footer.
