Your shop's footer is filled from what you set in Store design › Footer and your other settings: your categories, pages, phone, email, address and payment methods. A column you have not filled hides itself, so the footer never shows empty headings or dead links.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store design › Footer (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › ফুটার). The store owner always sees it; staff need the Website design tick. Press Update after changes.
How it works
Top left: your logo (the white logo if you uploaded one, else your logo on a light tile) and your text from Footer Section 1, up to about 7 lines (a longer text ends with "…"). App Store and Play Store badges appear under it when you add those links.
The columns (at most six links each):

A long address is cut to its first part, with a Full address link to your contact page.
The middle row:
- We accept: always Cash on delivery, plus bKash, Nagad and Rocket when you have switched them on. When your SSLCommerz is switched on and its keys are filled in, all three wallets show, plus Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
- Popular searches: the product tags ticked in Footer Section 5. On phones a More button shows the rest.
The bottom line: your copyright text (the year updates itself; empty means "© this year + your shop name"), then a thin divider and "Managed by eCommerce Autopilot", links to your privacy and terms pages when you have them, an English | Bangla switch, and round icons for each social link you filled in.
Good to know
- Phones fold the columns. Each column becomes a row the shopper taps to open.
- Only full links show. A social or app link must be a full address starting with
https://(orhttp://); others are left out. - Your footer only. Every part comes from your own store's settings.
Common problems
- The Shop or Help column is missing. Nothing is ticked for it. Tick categories in Footer Section 2 or pages in Footer Section 3 and press Update.
- A ticked page is not shown. The column already has six links. Untick one you need less.
- Cards do not show in We accept. Finish setting up SSLCommerz.
