The CRM overview is the front page of your customers. In one screen it shows how many customers you have, how many are VIP or inactive, which follow-ups are due, your top customers and the latest notes and calls.
Where to find it
Admin › CRM › Customers › CRM overview
It needs the CRM — see customers tick. Admin, Manager, Supervisor, Store Manager and Moderator get it with their role, and a Seller can be given it. The store owner always has it.
How it works
At the top are four cards. Each one opens the matching list:
- Customers — everyone in your customer list, and how many first ordered this month.
- VIP — your best customers, by your VIP rules.
- Inactive — customers with no order for a long time. Worth a call or an offer.
- Open tasks — follow-ups not done yet, how many are yours and how many are overdue.
Below them:
- Customer groups — VIP, Repeat, New, Inactive, Risky, Abandoned checkout and No orders, each with its count. Click a group to see its customers.
- Follow-ups today and overdue — tasks due today, and up to 10 that are late, with the customer and the person. Tick the circle to mark one done.
- Top customers — the 8 who spent the most on delivered orders, with their orders, deliveries and last order date.
- Latest notes and calls — the last 10 things your team wrote on customers.
Two buttons at the top take you to Customers and My tasks.
Good to know
- Groups update by themselves from the orders. You do not sort customers by hand.
- VIP and inactive rules are changed on the Customers page with Group rules.
- Tags are not on this page. You see and filter them on the Customers page.
- Your first visit to the CRM adds three starter tags: Wholesale, Follow up and Do not call. You can rename or delete them.
- Marking a task done needs CRM — work with customers as well.
Common problems
- CRM overview is missing from the sidebar. The login has no CRM — see customers tick. Add it in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins.
- All the numbers are 0 on a store that already has orders. Open Customers › Group rules and press Refresh numbers to count every customer from the orders.
