Go to Landing pages. In the Custom landing pages list, press the eye icon to hide a page from visitors (or make it live again), or the bin icon to delete it for good.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages
The store owner sees it. A staff member needs the Website pages & content and Products & stock access.
Step by step
Hide a page or make it live again (drag & drop and template pages)
- Go to Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages.
- Find the page in Custom landing pages. The Status column shows Live or Hidden.
- Press the eye icon (Hide from visitors or Make live). The status changes at once.
You can also untick Live at the top of the builder and press Save.
Delete a page
- In the same list, press the bin icon next to the page.
- Confirm "Delete this landing page? This cannot be undone."
Quick Create pages are in the first list on the same screen. They have a bin icon too, and you confirm with Yes, do it!.
Good to know
- A hidden page opens as "page not found" for visitors. You and your team can still open it while signed in to check it before it goes live.
- Hidden pages still count against your package's landing page limit. Only deleting a page frees one.
- Deleting frees the address, so another page can use it.
- Quick Create pages have no on/off switch. To take one down, delete it. Their edit and delete icons show only for people who also manage users and access, such as the owner.
- Orders stay. Orders already placed from a page stay in your website orders after you hide or delete it.
Common problems
- You hid a page, but it still opens for you. That is normal: your team sees hidden pages while signed in. Open the address in a private window to see what visitors see.
- You cannot add a new page because of the package limit. Delete a page you no longer use. Hiding it is not enough.
- No bin icon next to a Quick Create page. Ask the store owner to delete it, or to give you that access.
