How do I give a landing page a short address like shop.com/offer?

Open the page in the builder, press the ⚙ button at the top (it shows Page address or the current address), type a short address such as winter-offer, and press Save page. The page then opens at yourshop.com/winter-offer.

Where to find it

Drag & drop and template pages: Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages, then the edit icon of a page, then ⚙ › Page settings.
Quick Create pages: the Page address (URL) field on the Quick Create form and on its edit form.

Step by step

Go to Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages and open your page in the builder.
Press the ⚙ button at the top. Page settings opens.
Type the address in Page address (URL), for example eid-offer. Your shop's address is already shown in front of it.
Wait a moment. The box is checked as you type. When it says "This address is free — your page will open at …", it can be used.
Optional: write a Share text. It shows under the link on Facebook, WhatsApp and Google (up to 300 characters).
Press Save page. The new address shows at the top of the builder and in the Address column of the list.

Good to know

What an address can contain. Small English letters, digits and dashes. Capitals become small letters, and spaces or other signs become a dash ("Eid Offer 2026!" becomes eid-offer-2026). At least 2 and at most 60 characters.
Left empty? A new page gets an address made from its title. An existing drag & drop page keeps the address it already has.
One address, one page. No two landing pages of your shop can share an address, whichever way they were made.
Your shop's own pages are safe. Words the shop already uses, such as admin, login or blog, can never be a landing page address, so a landing page never hides a real page of your shop.
Drag & drop pages also open at yourshop.com/lp/your-address.
Quick Create pages keep their old numbered link too.
Changing an address makes the old one stop working. Update your ads and posts after a change.

Common problems

"This address is already used by another landing page." Pick a different word, for example add the month: eid-offer-june.
"This address is used by the website itself." That word belongs to the shop. Choose another one.
"Write at least 2 English letters or digits." Bangla letters are not used in addresses. Write it in English letters, for example notun-collection.
The address did not change. Changes in Page settings are kept only after you press Save page (or Save).
