The "why buy here" line is a row of short reasons to buy from your shop, shown under the banner on the Default theme's home page. Out of the box it only says what is true for your shop, so a customer never reads a promise you have not set up.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store design › Home page, in the Why buy here card (কেন এখানে কিনবেন). The store owner always sees it; staff need the Website design tick.
How it works
There are four lines. If you leave a line's title blank, it uses the standard words and shows only when your shop meets its condition:

Your own words always show. Type a title (up to 40 letters) and a short text (up to 70) and the line shows as you wrote it, whatever the condition.
Two lines at least. If fewer than two lines are left to show, the whole row hides itself.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion has delivery charges and a phone number but no return policy yet. Its home page shows Cash on delivery, Home delivery and Call us. Once the owner writes the Return Policy page, Easy return appears by itself.
Step by step
- Open Store design › Home page.
- In Why buy here, switch off any line you do not want.
- To change the words, type a title and a short text, for example "Delivery in 2–3 days" and "Anywhere in Bangladesh".
- Press Save.
Good to know
- Where the facts come from. Delivery charges: Shipping & returns › Delivery charges. Return policy: Pages & blog › Pages › Return Policy. Phone: Store design › General settings › Site Phone.
- Write only what you do. Your own title shows even when the fact is not set up, so keep it true.
- Move or hide the whole row with the Why buy here switch and arrows in the Sections card.
- Bangla shop text. With the shop's Bangla switch on, the standard words show in Bangla.
Common problems
- The row is missing. Fewer than two lines qualify. Set delivery charges or a phone number, or write your own titles.
- Easy return does not show. Your Return Policy page is empty. Write it and save.
