What are landing pages and when should I use one?

A landing page is a single page about one product (or one offer) with an order form on the same page. The customer reads, scrolls down, fills in name, mobile and address, and the order lands in your Website orders. Use one when you send people from an ad or a post straight to one product.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages (অনলাইন স্টোর › পেজ ও ব্লগ). The store owner always sees it. A staff member needs the Website pages & content tick, and Products & stock to make new pages (Admin and Manager have both).

How it works

On the Landing pages screen there are three ways to make one:

  • Quick Create – fill in one form, pick the product, save. The page is made in a standard design.
  • Custom Design (Drag & Drop) – build the page yourself from blocks: headings, pictures, video, prices, reviews, questions and an order form.
  • Use a Template – start from one of 30 ready-made pages, one for each kind of business, then change it in the builder.

The order form on the page shows the product (with its sizes or colours), quantity, a delivery area chosen from your Delivery charges, the total, and cash on delivery. When the customer confirms, the order is saved like any other website order.

Example: Rangdhanu Fashion runs a Facebook ad for one winter shawl. The ad opens rangdhanu.com/winter-shawl, a page with photos, a short video, three reasons to buy, the price and the order form. No menu, no other products to distract.

When to use one

  • Ads for one product or offer. One page, one message, one button.
  • Posts and messages. Share the short link in a post, a comment reply or the inbox.
  • Testing a new product before you add it to the menus.

For browsing many products, send people to your shop or a category page instead.

Good to know

  • Short address: a page can open right after your domain, like yourshop.com/winter-offer. The address is checked as you type, and words the shop itself uses cannot be taken.
  • Live or hidden: a hidden page shows "not found" to visitors, but your team can still open it to check.
  • Package limit: your package allows a number of landing pages (both kinds together). During the 7-day free trial there is no limit. When the limit is reached, the panel says so; delete an old page or choose a bigger package.
