Change your home page pictures where they come from: the big banners in Store design › Sliders, the Promo banners row in the Home Section Image screen, the category boxes in Products › Categories, and the product pictures on each product.

Sliders need the Website pages & content tick; categories and products need Products & stock. The store owner sees all of them.
Step by step
- To change a banner, open Store design › Sliders, press the pencil icon next to it, choose the new picture and press Save.
- To change a category box, open Products › Categories, edit the category and upload a new picture.
- To change a promo banner, open
/admin/home-section-images, add a Desktop Image, choose Sections, add a Link (empty: it opens all products), and save. - To choose which categories get a box, open Store design › Home categories and tick them under Top Category.
- Open your home page and refresh it to check.
Good to know
- Default theme only. Sliders, promo banners, Shop by category and the other product sections belong to the Default store theme. A ready-made theme brings its own top picture and layout, and fills it with your products and category pictures.
- Home Section Image screen. It is not in the sidebar; open it by its address. The first 4 pictures saved there show as the Promo banners row. Switch the row off or move it in Store design › Home page.
- Light files. Big JPG or PNG pictures get a lighter WebP copy by themselves, so the home page stays fast.
Common problems
- I changed a picture but still see the old one. Refresh the page. If it is still old, your browser may be keeping a copy; open the shop in a private window.
- A category has no box in Shop by category. Tick it under Top Category in Store design › Home categories, and give it a picture.
