In the landing page builder, type the product's name or ID in Add a product at the top bar and choose it. The page's order form now sells that product, and visitors can order it right on the page.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Pages & blog › Landing pages, then open a drag & drop or template page in the builder (the edit icon, Custom Design (Drag & Drop) or Use a Template).
Step by step
- Open your page in the builder.
- Type the product's name or its ID in Add a product: name or ID at the top bar.
- Choose the product from the list. It goes into the order form you have selected, or else the first order form without a product. If the page has no order form, a new one is added at the bottom.
- To change the form's words, click the order form, then open ⚙ settings on the right. You can change Product, Heading and Button text there.
- Need a second form further up the page? Drag the Order form block from the blocks panel and pick its product the same way.
- Press Save, then View page to try it.
How it works
On the live page the order form shows the product's photo, name and price. The visitor fills in name, mobile number, full address and delivery area. If the product has several options (size or colour), they pick one, and they can change the quantity. Subtotal, delivery charge and total are worked out on the form. If the product has free shipping, delivery shows ৳0.
The delivery areas are your shop's delivery charges. The form says "Cash on delivery — pay when the product reaches you". After pressing the order button, the visitor sees a thank-you page, gets your order SMS (if it is switched on in Settings › SMS), and the order arrives with your other website orders.
Good to know
- The price comes from the product. The order is always priced from the product in your shop, not from what the page shows. Keep the product's price right.
- Mobile number check. The form takes an 11-digit Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX).
- Products in the search. Your newest products are listed first. Any older one can be found by name or ID.
- Blocked numbers and IPs from your Security settings cannot order here either.
Common problems
- The live page says "Pick a product for this order form in the landing page builder." The form has no product, or its product was deleted. Pick a product and save.
- The delivery area list is empty. Add your charges first in Admin › Online store › Shipping & returns › Delivery charges.
- "Enter a valid mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX)." The visitor typed a number in another shape. Ask them to type it as 01XXXXXXXXX.
